Payments submitted through Zelle are subject to the same Terms & Conditions and Refund & Return Policy as purchases completed directly through this website.
Submitting payment through Zelle constitutes payment for the requested service or product and does not create separate refund, cancellation, return, or exchange rights.
Customers are responsible for verifying the payment amount and recipient information before submitting a Zelle payment.

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final, including spiritual services and physical products, whether payment is made through this website, Zelle, or another accepted payment method.
No refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations are offered for change of mind, personal preference, dissatisfaction with spiritual results, or natural variations in handmade or natural products.

Shipping & Delivery

Carrier delays, weather, holidays, natural events, or circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.
If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer, additional shipping charges for reshipment may be the customer's responsibility where permitted by law.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking indicates that a package has been delivered but the customer cannot locate it, the customer should contact the shipping carrier and check the delivery location, household members, neighbors, or other appropriate locations.
Divine Brujita DJ may provide available tracking or order information to assist with a carrier investigation.
Carrier delivery confirmation does not automatically establish eligibility for a refund, replacement, exchange, or store credit.
