At Divine Brujita DJ and Divine Creations by DJ, all sales are final. By completing a purchase or submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund & Return Policy.

All purchases are final and non-refundable, including spiritual services and physical products, whether payment is made through this website, Zelle, or another accepted payment method.

We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind, personal preference, dissatisfaction with spiritual results, or natural variations in handmade or natural products.

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

Spiritual Services

All spiritual services purchased, whether paid online or via Zelle, are final and non-refundable.

This includes, but is not limited to, tarot readings, spiritual consultations, candle work, spell work, ritual work, and all other spiritual services offered by Divine Brujita DJ.

By completing your purchase or submitting payment through Zelle or another accepted payment method, you acknowledge that no physical product will be shipped with the purchase of a spiritual service unless explicitly stated.

Spiritual services are performed live, remotely, or virtually and are provided for entertainment purposes only based on personal spiritual beliefs, traditions, and practices.

Results vary from person to person and are not guaranteed. Purchasing a service does not guarantee any specific outcome, result, effectiveness, or timeframe.

No refunds, cancellations, returns, or exchanges will be issued for spiritual services that have been purchased, reserved, prepared, begun, or rendered, regardless of whether payment was made online, through Zelle, or through another accepted payment method, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Zelle Payments

Payments made through Zelle are subject to the same Refund & Return Policy as payments made directly through this website.

Submitting payment through Zelle constitutes your purchase of the requested service or product and does not create separate refund, cancellation, or exchange rights.

Customers are responsible for verifying the payment amount and recipient information before submitting a Zelle payment.

By submitting payment through Zelle, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agreed to the applicable service or product information and this Refund & Return Policy.

Physical Products

All physical-product purchases are final sale, whether purchased through the website, paid through Zelle, or paid through another accepted payment method.

Physical products include, but are not limited to, crystals, crystal jewelry, rings, necklaces, bracelets, handcrafted products, soaps, oils, sprays, herbs, bath products, blankets, and other merchandise.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product photographs, descriptions, sizes, quantities, ingredients, and other available information before purchasing.

Natural Crystals & Handmade Products

Many products are handmade, individually selected, or created using natural materials.

Natural crystals and handcrafted products may vary in color, shape, size, pattern, texture, crystal formations, inclusions, finish, and overall appearance.

These natural and handmade characteristics make each piece unique and are not considered defects.

Lighting, photography, and individual screen settings may also cause products to appear slightly different in person.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

All physical-product sales remain final. However, if an item arrives damaged or defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact Divine Brujita DJ so the issue can be reviewed.

You may be asked to provide your order information and clear photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping materials.

Contacting us regarding a damaged, defective, lost, or incorrect order does not automatically guarantee a refund, replacement, exchange, or store credit.

Any resolution will be determined based on the circumstances of the order and applicable law.

Shipping & Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to shipping carriers, weather, holidays, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer, additional shipping charges for reshipment may be the customer's responsibility where permitted by law.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking indicates that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier and check the delivery location, household members, neighbors, or other appropriate locations.

Divine Brujita DJ may provide available tracking and order information to assist with a carrier investigation.

A carrier's delivery confirmation does not automatically establish eligibility for a refund, replacement, exchange, or store credit.
